I collaborated with Parsons Sports Performance as an intern, working on an event called the Feole x PSP Pitching Clinic, combining efforts from Mason Feole Pitching and Parsons Sports Performance.
Our primary goal was to drive leads and sign-ups for the pitching clinic event.
My role in this project was designing and creating workflows, and pipelines, building the funnel, and crafting the landing page.
Parsons Sports Performance required someone to handle graphics and automation to kickstart the event. We aimed to attract more attendees to the event.
My tasks were assigned, and I tackled creating the assets. I researched a funnel and how to design workflows to understand what to create. I also investigated what potential attendees want when signing up for such an event. The landing page needed to convey what attendees could expect.

I discovered that PSP's tone is laid-back and friendly, preferring straightforward and exciting messaging. Both companies favored visual content, including videos and testimonials. The audience desired an easy sign-up process, confirmation, and contact mechanisms, along with a way to revisit the page.
While we had a small sign-up count of 25 due to the gym's size, I observed an increase in sign-up rates. My work impacted lead generation and how leads gained information. From this project, I learned the appropriate manner to research the target audience and how the needs of a small local business differ from larger ones. Working with fewer assets or a smaller budget pushed me to find more efficient and creative ways to utilize CRM tools.
